創藝過程回應「人生方向」的探問

首單元進入到中期階段的學習，在第四天晚上老師為同學們預備了一塊很大的畫布，我們進行了一次集體創作。創作之前，老師鼓勵我們輪流分享有助小組進程和學習的想法，之後大家便用塑膠彩在畫布上創作起來。我直覺地用一隻紙碟盛載顏料，隨隨地用不慣常拿筆的手（即左手）容讓顏色、線條、圖案等自由地展現，探索那一個當下的心情。

當畫到一個時間點的時候，我發現一艘如船般的形狀出現在一個心形圖案中。後來，我以右手再調整畫面上的圖案，在大心形中加入一個較小的心形，在小心形及船中留了一點空間。完成作品之後，沒有分析太多或刻意去理解當中的信息，只是頗欣賞當下的創作。

翌日早上，在當天課堂開始前，我花了點時間在戶外的明陣走了一圈；在默然之中，我緩緩地走進明陣，當下正在尋覓往後「生命方向」的我，腦海中浮現 “life is a single journey, it’s one-way only with no return” （生命是一趟單程之旅，是只有去程並不能回頭的）。回到課室開始第五天的課堂，透過靜默練習及人本輔導理念的討論，有好些啟迪出現在腦海，然後我們進行另一輪的藝術創作。

前一天晚上的「船」和當天早上的「旅程」微妙地結合在一起；昨天用以調色的紙碟上留下已風乾的塑膠彩，顏色柔和吸引著我。用紙碟裁剪出一艘船成為作品的一部份，完成作品後我寫下了一段給予當下的我重要啟迪的文字：

Life is a single journey, it’s fair ~ no one can live twice.

Life is about choices. I can choose how to live out my life.

Life is full of uncertainties, but at the same time, life is full of opportunities.

I choose to live out my life by enjoying, celebrating and accepting different life encounters.

I want to share life, appreciate differences & walk with those willing to share life with me.

I want to contain, listen, embrace, encourage and discover the kindness, goodness of others & myself.

Accepting the past, letting them go; realizing they are part of me. Forgiving my mistakes, giving myself a second chance. Heading to a new chapter in life.

Keep motivated, moving forward, trusting myself and loving others ~ we’re connected, as we are the same, we all are human being.
