The themes of workshops and group sessions can be flexibly adjusted according to the needs of organizations and groups. The following themes are for reference only.

Personal Growth Series
Recommended duration: 90-120 minutes per session

Kindness to yourself

Explore your physical, mental and spiritual needs at this moment, promote self-care and self-affirmation, and enhance positive emotions to face current stress

Listen to your emotions

Explore current emotional needs, whether it is acknowlegement, acceptance, or embrace, soothe anxiety and relieve stress

Emotional transformation

Explore and acknowledge hidden emotions, provide a safe outlet for emotions, transform the energy within, and cheer up life

Finding Peace

Inspire personal creativity, enhance inner awareness, purify the mind, and find the path to inner and outer peace

Communication & Connection

Explore personal communication patterns and discover your relationship with yourself, others and the world

Team Building Series
Recommended duration: 120-150 minutes/session

Cooperation and Communication

Individual and collective creative process, promote exchanges and communication among participants, deepen team interaction and encourage mutual appreciation

Highest Vision

Explore individual expectations and visions within the group, interact and share to co-create the team's highest vision

Harmony in Diversity

Providing a safe space for individuals to express their different facade in a group, and through collective creation, presenting the uniqueness of individuals while being able to coexist harmoniously

The Center has organised expressive arts groups and workshops in schools, non-profit organisations, churches and commercial organisations.
